About The Position
Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to join their Commercial Banking team. This role is crucial for ensuring commercial loans are accurately booked, documented, and serviced, while providing excellent support to customers and the lending team. The specialist will work closely with Commercial Bankers and Processors to facilitate the loan process from approval through post-closing. Key duties include ordering and reviewing loan documentation, tracking insurance and title requirements, maintaining customer files, preparing lien releases, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves assisting customers with loan-related inquiries and research. This position demands strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Loan processing experience and/or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
