Requirements

7+ years of commercial plumbing experience (preferred)
Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings
Take ownership of work and consistently deliver quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
Install commercial plumbing systems, including sanitary waste and vent, domestic water, storm drainage, natural gas, medical gas, and specialty piping.
Install pipe, valves, fittings, supports, hangers, and plumbing fixtures.
Perform soldering, brazing, threading, grooving, fusing, and solvent welding of various piping materials.
Conduct pressure testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
Coordinate work with other trades to maintain project schedules.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites.
Follow all OSHA regulations and W.B. Guimarin safety standards.
