Commercial Plumber
About The Position
RQ is seeking skilled Commercial Plumbers to join our talent pipeline for future opportunities. This position is part of our mechanical team, and we are looking for individuals interested in future roles. Qualified applicants will be contacted when opportunities become available, potentially in Pensacola, Hurlburt Field, and surrounding Florida areas. All work will be performed on military installations and compensated according to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Plumbers are responsible for fabricating and installing plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment on active construction sites, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and utilizing proper tools, equipment, and safety practices in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 4 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience as a journey-level plumbing in a commercial or facilities operations setting.
- Must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
- Must successfully pass a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check for access to job site at military base.
Nice To Haves
- Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
Responsibilities
