About The Position

Full Nelson Services in Kansas City, KS is hiring a full-time Experienced Plumber to join a team that values quality work, accountability, and taking care of customers the right way. This position offers $30+/hour , with bonus opportunities and top performers earning $100,000–$125,000+ annually based on experience and production. As a plumber, you'll work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with an on-call rotation. You'll serve residential customers throughout the Kansas City area, handling a range of plumbing needs. This is a role for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with standard tools, materials, and systems
• Knowledge of piping and ventilation systems
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
