It requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, the ability to source parts from multiple channels—including special order, FDO, and second source suppliers—and the ability to direct drivers to support timely, accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position. The role requires automotive systems and parts knowledge, customer communication and relationship-building skills, sales and problem-solving ability, and proficiency with inventory, point-of-sale, and parts lookup systems. The employee must successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment and use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively. A high school diploma or GED is required. Work is usually indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks and exposure to weather, moving mechanical parts, hazardous substances, electrical hazards, explosives, vibration, and other conditions. The role is eligible for sales commission based on individual or store performance. The stated good-faith pay estimate is $20.75 to $23.09 per hour, depending on factors including location, experience, education, skills, and shift differential if applicable.
