It requires expert automotive system and parts knowledge, the ability to source parts from multiple channels—including special orders, FDO, and second-source suppliers—and the ability to direct drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Work requires strong communication, organization, selling, sourcing, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of automotive systems, inventory and point-of-sale tools, and commercial profitability. The employee predominantly walks or stands and may need to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work is usually indoors, with occasional outdoor duties and exposure to weather, moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, chemicals, electrical shock risk, explosives, and vibration. Noise is usually moderate. The stated good-faith pay estimate is $17.15–$19.08 per hour for a new team member; the rate offered may depend on location, experience, education, leadership roles, skills, and applicable shift differential.
