The Partnerships team at Klaviyo drives the company's Owned Marketing vision by building and deepening relationships with leading advisory firms and technology companies globally. With over 5,000 agency and technology partners, more than 350 integrations, and over 193,000 brands actively seeking partner expertise, Klaviyo's ecosystem is one of the largest and most established in B2C marketing. For every $1 in Klaviyo MRR, partners report at least $3 in services revenue, highlighting the high-stakes and high-value nature of this ecosystem. As a Partner Sales Specialist, the role involves prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners, activating dormant ones, and expanding existing relationships. The specialist will qualify inbound referrals, collaborate closely with the sales team, and identify high-potential opportunities among the long tail of partners. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or closing role and be ready to apply that experience to partnerships, building lasting relationships, enabling partners to grow with Klaviyo, and demonstrating hustle and a collaborative spirit.
