The Partnerships team drives Klaviyo's Owned Marketing vision by building and deepening relationships with the best advisory firms and technology companies in the world. With 5,000+ agency and technology partners, 350+ integrations, and 193,000+ brands actively searching for partner expertise, Klaviyo's ecosystem is one of the largest and most established in B2C marketing. For every $1 in Klaviyo MRR, partners report at least $3 in services revenue — making this a high-stakes, high-value ecosystem for everyone involved. As a Partner Sales Specialist, you'll be on the front lines — prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners while activating dormant ones and expanding existing relationships. You'll qualify inbound referrals, collaborate closely with the sales team, and develop a sharp eye for high-potential opportunities across our long tail of partners. We're looking for someone with 1–2 years in a BDR/SDR or closing role who's ready to take that experience into the world of partnerships. You'll build lasting relationships, enable partners to grow with Klaviyo, and bring the hustle and collaborative spirit to make it all happen.
