About The Position

Support attorneys in the review, drafting, and management of commercial agreements and related documentation, including NDAs, marketing agreements, promotions, sponsorships, vendor agreements, and supply chain-related contracts Coordinate and support high-volume advertising and marketing legal review processes, ensuring requests are complete and aligned with legal guidance prior to attorney review Assist in reviewing marketing materials against established legal guidelines and escalate potential risks or deviations to attorneys Track campaign approvals and maintain records of legal guidance to support consistency across marketing initiatives Support sales-related contracting processes, including NDAs, customer agreements, and promotional arrangements, and assist in tracking status and follow-ups to ensure timely execution Provide support on supply chain and vendor agreements, including coordination of documentation and contract execution Assist in development, maintenance and adoption of SOPs, playbooks, training materials, tools, and process documentation Maintain intake trackers to manage legal requests, workload visibility, and follow-up with business teams and attorneys Maintain organized repositories of internal and external legal guidance Conduct legal and industry research and summarize findings Prepare, send, and file correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents; Maintain organized electronic and physical files for legal matters Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and communications for multiple attorneys Manage legal vendor invoicing processes, including tracking invoices, coordinating approvals, and partnering with finance to ensure timely payment Assist with billing processes, document filing, and general administrative support Support compliance initiatives and internal audits

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree required (paralegal certificate preferred)
  • 4–7 years of paralegal or legal operations experience (in-house or AM 100 law firm), preferably supporting commercial, marketing, or transactional legal work
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume requests under tight deadlines
  • Experience supporting commercial transactions and/or advertising review processes preferred
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, or other business teams
  • Competency with AI-enabled tools or contract/workflow management systems for process optimization
