Mountain Pro is hiring a Commercial Painting Site Lead to oversee high-end residential and commercial painting projects throughout Summit County, CO. As a Commercial Painting Site Lead, you will guide daily jobsite activity, support your crew, coordinate with the Production Manager, and help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for setting the pace on site, keeping work organized, solving day-to-day issues, and making sure the finished product reflects the quality Mountain Pro is known for.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of professional commercial painting experience preferred, including interior, exterior, and prep work
  • 2+ years of foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and crew management skills
  • Ability to plan ahead, troubleshoot, and keep work moving
  • English fluency required
  • Valid driver's license

  • Spanish is a plus
  • Local to Summit County or willing to relocate to Breckenridge, CO

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial jobsites
  • Set a strong example for professionalism, productivity, and workmanship
  • Keep jobsites clean, safe, organized, and moving on schedule
  • Assign daily work based on crew skills and project priorities
  • Maintain high standards for prep work, detail, application, and final finish
  • Communicate with Production Managers regarding materials, schedules, progress, and jobsite needs
  • Make short-term scheduling adjustments to help meet deadlines while protecting quality
  • Support a positive, respectful, hardworking, drama-free team environment
  • Represent Mountain Pro professionally with clients, contractors, and team members
