Mountain Pro is hiring a Commercial Painting Site Lead to oversee high-end residential and commercial painting projects throughout Summit County, CO. As a Commercial Painting Site Lead, you will guide daily jobsite activity, support your crew, coordinate with the Production Manager, and help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for setting the pace on site, keeping work organized, solving day-to-day issues, and making sure the finished product reflects the quality Mountain Pro is known for.

Requirements

2-3+ years of professional commercial painting experience preferred, including interior, exterior, and prep work
2+ years of foreman, lead, or crew leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and crew management skills
Ability to plan ahead, troubleshoot, and keep work moving
English fluency required
Valid driver's license

Local to Summit County or willing to relocate to Breckenridge, CO

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial jobsites
Set a strong example for professionalism, productivity, and workmanship
Keep jobsites clean, safe, organized, and moving on schedule
Assign daily work based on crew skills and project priorities
Maintain high standards for prep work, detail, application, and final finish
Communicate with Production Managers regarding materials, schedules, progress, and jobsite needs
Make short-term scheduling adjustments to help meet deadlines while protecting quality
Support a positive, respectful, hardworking, drama-free team environment
Represent Mountain Pro professionally with clients, contractors, and team members
