About The Position

Integral Molecular is hiring a Commercial Operations Specialist to build and manage the commercial engine behind its four product lines. The specialist will own Salesforce end to end, establishing the CRM for each business, defining sales processes, and ensuring field activity is captured accurately. They will bring sales, marketing, and leadership onto a common process, then turn commercial activity into clean data and reporting that supports decision-making. The position is hybrid after the initial training period and reports to the VP of Strategy. The role works directly with commercial leaders and supports forecasts used for strategic decisions. It also offers the opportunity to contribute to tools for antibody research and discovery in a friendly, supportive environment in Philadelphia’s biotech ecosystem.

  • Lead the relationship with the Salesforce consultant during implementation across four product lines by gathering requirements, reviewing designs, testing builds, approving releases, and tracking scope and timelines.
  • Manage CRM configuration and data after handoff, including automation, user support, and the enhancement queue.
  • Maintain clean data through regular deduplication and data-hygiene audits.
  • Scope and roll out additional capabilities, including sales incentive reporting, deal desk and pricing approvals, and post-sale handoff to onboarding and customer success.

  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, bookings, conversion, and representative performance, using consistently defined metrics across product lines.
  • Prepare analysis for forecast calls, quarterly business reviews, and leadership reviews.
