This role is for a Commercial Operations Site Lead based in Miami, FL, within Johnson & Johnson MedTech's Orthopaedics division. The purpose of this position is to lead, coordinate, and delegate responsibilities to the internal sales office team to support all goals. The sales support team is responsible for developing and deploying strategies in collaboration with field sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market. The team supports field sales management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency by applying advanced analytics. This role serves as the liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain concerning end-to-end efficient order/purchase order management. The Orthopaedics division is focused on innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, developing next-generation treatments for joint reconstruction, trauma, sports, spine, and robotics. The company is undergoing a planned separation of its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone company, operating as DePuy Synthes, anticipated to be completed within 18-24 months.
