About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, who have 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order out of chaos and finding more efficient ways to work. You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable learning new software quickly. Excellent communication skills are essential, with a "team-first" attitude and the ability to professionally persist in obtaining information from senior engineers or vendors. The role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment, potentially involving standing for periods or lifting/moving parts up to 25 lbs. Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create order out of chaos and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Learn and utilize new software efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and persistently with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information (e.g., data from engineers, tracking numbers from vendors).
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Lift and move parts up to 25 lbs as needed.
