About The Position

We are seeking a driven, organized Sales Professional / Project Manager to take ownership of high-value commercial and multi-family exterior projects. This role involves leading projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivering top-quality roofing and siding solutions for both remodels and new construction.

Requirements

Experience in commercial shingle roofing, siding, or exterior construction
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong understanding of material takeoffs, estimating, and job costing
Proven sales ability within a construction or project-based environment
Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developers
Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to accurately define work requirements
Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs and prepare accurate bids and proposals
Lead the sales process from bid to contract execution
Coordinate and manage project timelines, crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency
Oversee jobsite execution, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
Conduct project walkthroughs and ensure successful project closeout
