Project-Based Commercial Multifamily Trim Plumber
About The Position
Breakthrough MEP is looking for experienced Commercial Multifamily Trim Plumbers to join our team for upcoming multifamily apartment projects in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. This is a project-based position with an expected duration of approximately 2–3 months, supporting the trim-out phase of a multifamily development. As additional projects and phases begin, there may be opportunities for continued employment based on workload, project needs, and performance. Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial or multifamily plumbing experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the project site.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an active construction environment.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality.
Nice To Haves
- Previous multifamily trim-out experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install and trim plumbing fixtures in new multifamily apartment buildings.
- Set toilets, lavatories, faucets, tubs, showers, water heaters, and accessories.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Perform final installations, testing, and punch list items.
- Work safely while maintaining quality and production goals.
- Coordinate with field supervision and other trades to keep the project moving.
