- Strong physical condition to handle large and heavy equipment
- Good communicator and team player
- Quick learner and motivated
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass drug screen
- Enjoys working outside - summer heat, winter chill
Responsibilities
- Manage daily routes, timing, and production goals
- Train and hold crew accountable
- Oversee equipment maintenance
- Enforce jobsite safety
