About The Position

Indian Trails is hiring a full-time Commercial Motorcoach Operator in Kalamazoo, Owosso, or Romulus, Michigan. Operators drive scheduled routes and private charters, helping passengers reach their destinations safely, comfortably, and on schedule. The role involves greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and providing courteous customer service. Routes and charter trips vary, and some trips may cross state lines. On multi-day trips, accommodations and meals are covered. Training lasts 4–6 weeks. Candidates who do not already hold the required license can earn a CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements while being paid. Pay is $18 per hour during training and $24 per hour after training. Schedules vary depending on routes and charter trips.

Requirements

Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
CDL A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, or the ability to obtain the required license and endorsements.
Excellent driving record, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to obtain or enhance a license or passport for travel outside the United States.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Professional and courteous attitude when working with passengers.
Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Breath Alcohol test, and physical.
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no prior alcohol- or drug-related convictions and no felonies.
