About The Position

Indian Trails is hiring a full-time Commercial Motorcoach Operator in Kalamazoo, Owosso, and Romulus, Michigan. Operators drive scheduled routes and private charter trips, ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably. The role involves navigating routes, keeping to schedules, greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and providing courteous customer service. Routes and charter trips mean schedules vary. For multi-day trips, accommodations and meals are covered. Training lasts 4–6 weeks and is paid. Applicants who do not already hold the required license can earn a CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements during training. Pay is $18 per hour during training and $24 per hour after training. Requirements

Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
CDL A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, or the ability to obtain the required license and endorsements.
Excellent driving record, or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to obtain and enhance a license or passport for travel outside the United States.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Enjoyment of traveling, seeing new places, and meeting new people.
Professional and courteous attitude when working with passengers.
Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and Breath Alcohol test.
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no prior alcohol- or drug-related convictions and no felonies.
