About The Position

FICS is seeking an enthusiastic commercial loan servicing software system support team member to join its growing team. As a System Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for providing high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing software system support and consulting to help clients navigate the commercial mortgage process. Your communications will directly impact the efficiency and success of our customers' operations. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone and email in a fast-paced environment, training FICS customers on software usage, conducting FICS product webinars, and participating in the collaborative testing of FICS software for quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Technical proficiency in learning robust software systems.
  • Natural problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel across the U.S., when needed.

Nice To Haves

  • A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing.
  • Knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn.
