About The Position
Commercial Metal Roofing Mechanic – Standing Seam & Corrugated – $22–$30/hr – Full Benefits – Mountville, PA. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for experienced metal roofing mechanics who can work independently and produce high-quality installs. Murphy’s Family Staffing is hiring for a reputable commercial roofing contractor seeking experienced metal roofing professionals for projects within a 1-hour radius of Harrisburg, PA.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial metal roofing
- Experience with standing seam and corrugated panel systems
- Knowledge of flashing, trim, and waterproofing
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints accurately
- Must have your own hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Responsibilities
- Install standing seam metal roofing systems
- Install corrugated metal panels and architectural sheet metal
- Perform layout, flashing, trim, and waterproofing
- Read blueprints and shop drawings
- Work safely at heights on commercial job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
