About The Position

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual for a Commercial Marketing Team Internship. This paid internship offers valuable work experience in project support within the Commercial Business Unit's technical documentation library. Interns will work on spec sheets, product data sheets, and reference materials, balancing production/maintenance tasks with a creative stretch project. The program includes in-depth project work with cross-functional teams, professional development, and job shadowing opportunities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience in a relevant function preferred.
• Marketing Major Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the existing library of technical documents (data sheets, spec sheets, comparison guides) for accuracy, brand consistency, and formatting alignment.
• Identify and flag any gaps found, outdated specs, or inconsistencies across product lines.
• Create and update technical documentation using established templates to ensure new pieces match existing brand standards.
• Design new formatting standards or templates for a select set of documents.
• Bring a fresh perspective to a defined piece of the library, resulting in work usable in a design portfolio.
• Work with product, marketing, and technical stakeholders to source accurate specs and validate content before publishing.
