The Vascular & Emergency Medicine business at Teleflex develops and delivers advanced medical technologies that empower clinicians to help improve patient outcomes and optimize healthcare efficiency. The Commercial Marketing Manager/Senior Commercial Marketing Manager (MM) will manage a strategic portion of the Vascular & Emergency Medicine portfolio while leading a team of high-performing marketers. This role focuses on implementing effective commercial marketing strategies to increase awareness of clinically differentiated solutions, ultimately impacting increased market share and driving revenue growth in the United States and Canada. The individual will be a leader within the Vascular Access & Emergency Medicine Commercial Marketing Team, with proven experience executing marketing programs, portfolio strategies, and brand management to significantly shift market dynamics. Responsibilities include mastering current and potential markets, developing and executing category marketing plans and market development programs, and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of competitive offerings and strategies. This individual will clearly communicate the portfolio strategic direction and priorities, with close collaboration with cross-functional business partners being critical to success.
