About The Position

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• A degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients, partners, and the team.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients through a shared purpose and openness.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on data center or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the tender and bid process, from preparing initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by preparing valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to the team.
• Support the transparent settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims.
• Support agile project management and clear decision-making through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.
