About The Position

Provide support to commercial lending staff in commercial branches or banking centers. Process loan closings, attain loan perfection, and service loan customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required).
• Two or more years of commercial loan support experience (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and commercial loan systems.
• Understand state and regulatory requirements related to commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial loan request documents and gather customer income and net worth information.
• Respond to customer questions with professionalism and care.
• Order and track third-party reports such as title, insurance, and other required documentation.
• Prepare commitment letters and coordinate the payoff of property liens.
• Coordinate loan closings and prepare disbursement checks.
• Verify loan system accuracy for newly boarded loans.
• Ensure loan files meet internal policy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Process advances and payments on commercial lines of credit.
• Balance commercial loan suspense accounts on a monthly basis.
• Follow all bank policies, security protocols, and applicable government regulations.
