About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to support Collateral and Flood Operations as part of Wholesale Operations. Collateral and Flood Operations focuses on collateral servicing, monitoring, management, and flood due diligence. This role acts as the primary loan servicing contact for collateral release, collaborating with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. The representative will exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Key tasks include monitoring collateral, preparing collateral release documentation, monitoring the loan system, resolving customer issues, and processing complex transactions online. The role involves performing moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks, receiving direction from leadership, and escalating non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals. The representative will also support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to read and interpret including complex commercial loan documents
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment while effectively managing competing pipeline priorities and workload demands
  • Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, including productivity, quality, service, and attendance objectives
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Military experience researching and assessing questions, process, and procedures to make recommendations on solutions
  • Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions and other needs as requested by customers
  • Military experience with tracking information in multiple computer systems with high level of accuracy
  • US Military Service in the US Army, US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Air Force, US Space Force
  • Experience supporting commercial banking including knowledge of servicing procedures and systems
  • Experience in collateral lien release processes including real estate, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and/or vehicle titles
