Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Commercial Loan Administration Manager in Woodland Hills, CA . The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of commercial loan documentation or commercial loan support experience in a banking environment.
  • 3 + years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work productively and effectively without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and multi-task in a high-volume workflow with multiple priorities, interruptions and possible short-term deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with third-party vendors, co-workers, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and manages the Commercial Loan Administration team to ensure the accuracy of commercial loan requests and closings, in accordance with loan policy.
  • Communicates with other bank department managers and officers to promote efficient workflows and establish positive work relationships across the organization.
  • Assist in supporting commercial bankers as needed.
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff.
  • Support and provide resources on processes and procedures.
  • Create staff work assignments, track staff productivity, and adjust as needed.
  • Accomplish staff results by managing, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and evaluating the Commercial Loan Administration team to accomplish the department’s objectives.
  • Ensure the Loan Administrators are performing their activities in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
