About The Position

As a Commercial Litigation Counsel for Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Your expertise in corporate law, contract negotiation, and risk management will be instrumental in protecting our interests and driving our success. You will report directly to our VP, Chief Litigation Officer and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. The Commercial Litigation Counsel is responsible for managing a complex litigation and dispute portfolio, overseeing outside counsel, informing litigation strategy, advising business leaders on dispute- and litigation-related risks, and facilitating the resolution of commercial, regulatory, and other legal disputes. The role serves as a critical liaison between the business and outside counsel and provides strategic legal advice to senior leadership.
