About The Position

A well-established national law firm is looking to add an experienced litigation associate to its growing Financial Services Litigation practice in White Plains. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom and wants meaningful responsibility on active matters. The practice represents financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and other clients in a variety of real property and commercial litigation matters.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Active admission to the New York Bar
• Hands-on deposition experience
• Strong courtroom and oral argument experience
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage active matters from start to finish
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Solid academic background

• Financial services litigation experience
