About The Position

Kean Miller is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for its Baton Rouge office. This role involves working on all phases of litigation, including case reporting, electronic discovery, and depositions, through to trial. The attorney will collaborate closely with partners and have the opportunity to manage a caseload independently, handle court appearances and depositions, utilize electronic discovery platforms, lead client communication, and provide regular updates. The position requires excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills, with an emphasis on client interaction and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high achievement, a desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and the ability to function effectively as part of a team. This position is based in Baton Rouge, and candidates must be in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years’ litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills
• Ability and desire to interact directly with Kean Miller’s clients
• Experience with electronic discovery platforms
• Good standing with the Louisiana State Bar
