About The Position
DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice, part of its nationally recognized Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group. This position is a non-partnership track and is open to any US office.
Requirements
- JD
- Must be admitted to the California bar and must also be admitted in the bar for the jurisdiction in which you live (if not CA)
- At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably gained while practicing at an AmLaw 100 firm or a law firm with an equivalent practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, complex commercial litigation and/or consumer litigation (defense)
- California state court experience
- Previous federal clerkship
