Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Good standing with the Colorado Bar

Responsibilities

• Managing complex commercial disputes through all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
