Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in complex patent litigation matters involving life sciences, medical devices, and/or pharmaceutical technologies, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and strategic dispute counseling.
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Possess strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills, including experience taking and defending depositions, working closely with technical and expert witnesses, and managing complex litigation matters.
  • A commitment to excellence and exceptional client service is essential.
  • Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), or eligibility to obtain such registration, is preferred.
