Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in complex patent litigation matters involving life sciences, medical devices, and/or pharmaceutical technologies, including Hatch-Waxman litigation and strategic dispute counseling.
Hold an undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
Possess strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills, including experience taking and defending depositions, working closely with technical and expert witnesses, and managing complex litigation matters.
A commitment to excellence and exceptional client service is essential.
Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.

Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), or eligibility to obtain such registration, is preferred.
