Patent Litigation Associate, Mid-Senior Level
About The Position
The Firm seeks a patent litigation associate who is excited to work on cutting-edge technology for the world’s top tech companies. We are looking for someone with the technical chops to be able to discuss details with engineers and developers; patent litigation case management experience including driving contentions, Markman, and written and oral fact and expert discovery; and the confidence to interact with well-known giants in the tech world. The position will involve direct partner and client interaction, and unique complex opportunities that come from working for a truly global law firm. The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level associate with at least 3 years of experience, to sit in either our San Francisco or Washington, D.C. office.
Requirements
- Degree in technology-related engineering, applied physics or mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- U.S. Bar membership
- At least 3 years of experience
