About The Position
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Claims Advocate to join a dynamic and growing team. The role may require minimal travel. As a key member of team, you will handle complex, high-severity, disputed, or coverage-sensitive claims, ensuring exceptional service and advocacy for the clients.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license and/or Adjuster license required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience handling commercial lines claims, with significant exposure to complex and high-severity cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and advocate for commercial lines claims, including complex, high-severity, disputed, or coverage-sensitive cases.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and account management, to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities in the AMS360 system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and solutions.
