Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer.
Proven track record of generating $100,000+ in annual new business revenue.
Experience working with middle-market and/or large commercial accounts.
Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Active Property & Casualty License.

Nice To Haves

Existing commercial book of business is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and close new Commercial Lines business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executives, centers of influence, and referral partners.
Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Identify opportunities for risk management, claims consulting, and other value-added services.
Work closely with Employee Benefits, Wealth Management, and other practice groups to generate cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain strong carrier relationships and oversee marketing strategies for client accounts.
Develop niche expertise within targeted industries or verticals.
