About The Position
Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in assisting small business clients with their insurance needs by leveraging inbound leads from bank and loan officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, a proven ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with a focus on small accounts preferred.
- Proficiency in Epic software is highly desirable.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads from bank and loan officers, guiding small business clients through the insurance process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize the Epic software system to manage accounts and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Take accountability for meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
Benefits
- Base Salary : $70,000 annually
- Commission : 30% on all new business (no commission on renewals)
