Requirements

3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Strong business development and "hunter" mindset.
Ability to self-generate leads and build strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Values-driven, client-focused, and highly relatable.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with insurance companies affiliated with banks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
Generate new business through self-sourced leads, partnerships with loan officers, private banking teams, and high-net-worth individuals.
Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to drive business growth.
Collaborate with an assigned Account Manager to ensure seamless client service and account management.
Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on accounts with premiums of $30,000 or higher.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions.
