Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current state insurance producer license for Property & Casualty required, or ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales, with emphasis on commercial lines preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport across diverse client bases.
• Proven track record of effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and insurance industry tools to manage leads and maintain client records.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and acquire new opportunities for commercial insurance products tailored to meet clients' needs.
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and ongoing communication.
• Assess client risks, create customized insurance solutions, and offer expert guidance on policies and coverage options.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor offerings to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
• Partner with internal teams, such as underwriters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products and services to address clients' evolving needs.
• Stay informed about industry standards and adhere to all required regulations and guidelines.
