Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty accounts within the small to middle market range.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with a large support team to ensure seamless servicing of accounts, allowing you to focus on sales.
• Participate in regular sales coaching sessions and pipeline discussions with leadership.
• Leverage cross-selling opportunities, particularly in Employee Benefits, to maximize client value.
