About The Position
Seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of insurance terminology who are eager to grow their career in commercial lines insurance sales and service.
Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Basic understanding of insurance terminology.
- Proficiency in using Agency Advantage (Genesis) software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, family-friendly environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in commercial lines is a plus.
- Experience with personal lines and E&S markets is beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a referral network to grow the commercial lines book of business.
- Quote, sell, and process new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients, including handling inquiries and complaints.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and ensure accurate documentation of customer records.
- Educate clients on insurance products and services to meet their unique needs.
- Stay updated on evolving insurance products, services, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
