This is a growth platform for a high potential sales associate who understands risk, navigates conversations with confidence, and wants more than just another brokerage logo on their business card. Working closely with our Director of Business Development and carrier partners, this role assists with prospecting, marketing accounts and preparing proposals. Our Emerging Sales Associate builds foundational knowledge of industry-specific risks and insurance coverages, including general liability, property, workers’ compensation, excess liability, and inland marine, while developing the skills needed to support client and prospect conversations. This position supports the full sales lifecycle from identifying prospective accounts and gathering underwriting information to coordinating quotes and assisting with new business presentations and binding coverage.
