About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a well-established agency. If you have a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for client service, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Contractor account experience is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in AMS360 is highly preferred.
- Experience with Erie is a plus.
- Familiarity with handling accounts ranging from small to large, up to $300,000.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle quoting and marketing for new and renewal business.
- Conduct policy reviews and process policy changes.
- Manage change requests and ensure timely processing of policies.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, primarily in contractor accounts, with some exposure to medical malpractice, restaurants, and other industries.
- Utilize AMS360 software for daily operations.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.
