About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing insurance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and professional environment while providing exceptional service and support to commercial clients. The ideal candidate will assist with account management and play an integral role in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Commercial Lines CSR role, with a growth mindset to advance into an Account Manager role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full A–Z account management, with a primary focus on renewals.
• Manage a variety of accounts, including contractors and agriculture-related clients.
• Collaborate with producers to manage books of business.
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information and accounts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of service.
• Note: Minimal travel for client meetings as needed.
