About The Position

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the quoting and renewal processes. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years as an Account Manager in commercial lines (agency experience preferred; captive experience considered).
Active insurance license required.
Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software or similar platforms.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and excellent customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including contractors, restaurants, golf courses, habitational properties, and professional lines.
Handle quoting and renewal processes for new and existing business (50/50 split).
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborate with carriers, primarily Erie and Westfield, to ensure smooth policy management.
Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software for account management and documentation.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
