About The Position

Established insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to support the commercial department. This role partners closely with Account Executives and Producers to provide high-quality client service, assist with account retention, and support daily service operations. The position offers a collaborative team environment with exposure to a variety of commercial accounts.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience working with an independent brokerage or agency
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Experience working in a team-based environment
Strong client-facing customer service skills
Experience with data entry and online quoting platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts
Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and billing
Assist with policy quoting, binding, issuing, and marketing for new and renewal business
Identify account rounding opportunities and recommend additional coverage when appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation within agency management software
Provide administrative and back-office support to the commercial team
Input and update account information within internal systems
Collaborate with Producers and service team members to ensure client needs are met
Participate in special projects and departmental assignments as needed
