About The Position

Seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join a team as a Commercial Lines CSR or a Personal Lines CSR . These roles are integral to the commitment to providing exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a close-knit, professional environment. This is a fully in-office position with a focus on servicing, quoting, retention, and cross-selling.

Requirements

• Prior insurance experience is required.
• Professional grammar and communication.
• Friendly and polished phone presence.
• Confidence driven by experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Applied TAM software is preferred.
• Experience with carriers such as Travelers, Central Mutual, Auto-Owners, and Safeco is a plus.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Willing to license the right candidate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the commercial or personal lines insurance sector.
• Handle quoting, servicing, and retention of accounts.
• Actively engage in cross-selling and selling opportunities.
• Manage mid-size accounts and maintain an active book of business.
• Utilize Applied TAM software for account management.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to ensure client satisfaction.
