About The Position

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in managing accounts and supporting clients.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Commercial Lines CSR role, with a growth mindset to advance into an Account Manager role.
  • Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full A–Z account management, with a primary focus on renewals.
  • Manage a variety of accounts, including contractors and agriculture-related clients.
  • Collaborate with producers to manage books of business.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client information and accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of service.
  • Note: Minimal travel for client meetings as needed.
