About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance CSR Agent to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. Compensation Package Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Requirements

Must hold a valid P&C License (Property and Casualty).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&C insurance (required).
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
