Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team in Naples, Florida. This role supports our Large Commercial Accounts team, with a focus on Real Estate. The position is designed as a development opportunity with a clear growth path—our intent is to promote this individual to a full Account Manager within approximately six months to a year, based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel Proficient
• Microsoft Power Point Proficient
• Microsoft Word Proficient
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• P&C license required within a year of hire
• 1-2 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance preferred
• Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
