About The Position

We’re seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support a defined book of business by completing key service tasks at the direction of the Client Service team. You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring accurate processing of policy transactions, and supporting client deliverables. This position offers growth through stretch assignments and exposure to client interaction, while working closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to deliver high quality service.

Requirements

  • Entry level to one plus years of experience in a professional or service environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures with strong attention to detail
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain composure under pressure
  • Insurance license or willingness to obtain as required by the company

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned service tasks for a book of business with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process policy transactions including certificates, endorsements, audits, and invoicing requests
  • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation within the system of record
  • Support client deliverables such as proposals, renewal materials, and loss analysis
  • Perform initial review and quality checks on quotes and policy documents
  • Contribute to team initiatives, retention efforts, and continuous process improvement
